Steps to reproduce: My Bnet ID has a space at the end of my name and the # sign. When you attempt to copy and paste this to find people in battlenet it will not find my account unless you know that you must remove the space. I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean. I also added my Bnet ID and it shows "Bnet ID verified: Not yet verified (or input does not match linked account)." yet when I click to see if its verified it is showing the green lock that its verified.

Your squelch list can be managed and edited from Top right dropdown > Account Prefs > Squelches.
