Needs 30+ IAS and fools mod with high ed to be valuble for trapper hybrids, ghostsin, spidersin etc your looking for that high ar boost with Chaos in off hand, if it does not have 30-40ias 270+ ed and fools mod a Fury claw in mh is better.
It's used for ww wich means you need alot of attack raiting in main hand, skills are not needed on theese but it is a big bonus.
