I don't know, since I don't get a lot of time to play, at least with it changing so frequently I'm not faced with my 2 hours play time for the week being terrorized

I think for players that are soloing a lot, this is alright. It shuffles TZ more frequently so you won't get stuck with a bad map for a good hour.

But for folks that are trying hard to find 8 person games consistently to max XP gain, this is pretty bad. The constantly changing TZ makes it difficult for a group to stay, so people just disband naturally. If there's some general idea of promoting more playing-together time, well, this isn't doing it any favor.

11am PST Dec 13th - 11am PST Dec 14th =

11am PST Dec 15th - 11am PST Dec 16th = ?

Current PST time is 2.30am so we won't know for another 8 hours or so.

As stated by multiple folks before, the "new day" starts at 11am PST. Note the PST. If you're in a different timezone, it'll start at a different time for you. CET for example will switch at 8pm, meaning "yesterday's buff" will last throughout most of the actual "today" in that timezone simply because the switch is based on PST late morning. But it is still yesterday's buff.

omg buffs changed at 17 o'clock for me, was in asia server, i live in CET, i can read what you fiercely repeat i stated what time it was for me. that's all.

lol, ok then. Of course what actually happened is you told someone "to read with understanding" for stating that it's a daily change. Even if you are somehow on a different schedule to everyone else, it's still a daily change. 24 hours per buff, one change per day.

Ur right, my fault, wasn't aware that my CoH gives 25% mf and mistook it for a a reprise of this 25% global mf event they had some time ago

15 min would be ok if the TZ cycle in order, zone by zone, act by act, so you could just walk into the next one naturally.

Actualy, i consider this a debuff for my travzerker as the urge to go to

Alkor and get rid of the Gold grows, wasting time. Chance to drop rune increased by x would be a thing.. maybe they do this on christmas eve, ruining d2r players quality time with the family
