Can be used to make Runewords:
Fire res is the best res for a jewel as it can be socketed in Andariel's Visage to offset the penalty. Add some FHR and a few useful mods and you get a very good jewel, even if everyone would prefer a 15IAS / 30 fire res one. Last one would go for at least a Ber.
Here you probably are more in the Ist - Ohm range, would try my luck at Vex if I were you.
