Also 0.48 for the ChanceToCast !?
Amazon uses Phoenix or 'mana after each kill' Jewel to solve her mana issue.

@mockingbirdreal d2charsifood.com ignores chance to cast for the evaluation completely and you get the same results if you enter the amulet without the chance to cast affix (https://d2charsifood.com/amulets/amulets/11370).
