Hey, usually casters look for FCR rings (or if not take a SoJ), while melee look for leech (ll / ml / dual leech).
Then they look at other factors. In that meaning, Order grasp has little value. 10 all res is cool, and magic find as well. Poison res has a decent roll but the least looked for res, AR is low, HFD has no value, max damage is not great.
Would try to sell it for something like 5 Perfect Gems or keep it for levelling but not more.
Bone eye on its side is more interesting :
Perfect 20 STR
Perfect 11 all res
Fire res is a good rees with an average+ roll of 19
AR 101 is nice for melee
Typically a good ring for a Pally or a Barb, but those tend to like leech so you'll have some competition, still this one has trade value even if it is most likely a slow sale. Perhaps around Ist / Gul / Vex ?
