+8% mana leech
+6% life leech
+20 mana
+8% mana regen
Double leech is nice, but others are low values : +1 skills instead of +2, fcr is not that useful on zons, others are just the default mods so one mod is missing.
A good amulet for levelling up, perhaps a couple of Perfect Gems or a mid rune, but most likely nothing more.

Oooow ! So yeah, Charsifood. I suppose it's the 8 mana leech that brings that level but it's painful indeed.
