Can be used to make Runewords:

Interesting. 10 fcr is nice, 11 all res is max, 55 mana is quite high while life it intermediate and AR also. One affix missing though (max is 6) 3-3.5 point ring.
My bet would be a little more than Ist, perhaps around Vex with the perfect res and everyone loves a bit of Life and Mana.
But perhaps someone would have another opinion ?
