I would guess ~ Vex. 10 fcr is max on rare, mana leech is most likely useless for a sorc ( Zeal or Werebear sorcs might use it but are uncommon and probably use highlords), strength is only average and the res are useful.
Eh was hoping more. Oh well, sweet upgrade from my 2 to cold skill 10 FCR crafted ring on NL, so I'll just save it till season 2 ends and upgrade my actual character I play. Thanks!
