I am returning to Diablo 2 after many years for Resurrected and I’ve been reading through forums and guides in regards to how Energy Shield and Telekinesis work together on a Sorceress in D2 Resurrected and I need a little help understanding what is meant by putting 20 “hard points” into Telekinesis for the buff to Energy Shield.
Do you have to put 20 physical points into Telekinesis in order to get to the .75 or can you also use +1 to skill items (soj, Shako, grand charms, etc…) to achieve a level 20 Telekinesis and achieve the same .75 result?
Any help shedding light on this detail would be appreciated.
