A quick question about crafting

I've been following the crafting handbook on d2jsp to craft

Blood Gloves.

I shopped my first 12

Sharkskin Gloves from

Gheed and

Charsi NM with a l76 character. Not a single one turned out with +skill.

I got 38 more tries. Should I keep going with purchased

Sharkskin Gloves or should I gamble them?

Are they too low-level to get the +skill?

I don't want to waste 38 p.rubies,

I don't think there is lvl requirement on blues, not like the crafting +2 skill amulet anyway.
However, I did hear something like to craft gloves, char lvl at 66-67 would be better to get good mod.

You are doing it right, keep trying.

The +2 skills affixe is level 40.
Following the crafting handbook you are sure to have the chance to get +skill.

The reason to buy such base item with such char lvl is to make sure the lvl target is at least 59 and at most 62.
At lvl 59 to get +10-15 to Strength.
At most 62 to remove the unwanted affixes (lvl xx of charges)

So rare that after the next 50 pieces, you still have a little chance to get a 2/20.
