Can be used to make Runewords:
No trade value. It's missing two affixes and mana is only an average roll. Also the combination of affixes is not very good. Use it for yourself or sell it to Charsi. In generel something that don't make it to the green area on d2charsifood is pretty unlikely to have a good trade value.
