Top affixes are +2 to all skill, +10 % fcr, +16-20 all res, +31-40 cold/fire/lightning/poison res, +16-20 dex, +21-30 str, +61-90 mana or +41-60 life. As far as I know to be something worth you need at least +2 to all skills and 3 good affixes.
