Anyone know if the broken offhand for Whirlwind is still active on ladder? I just obtained a Grief for my horker and was wondering if i actually need an offhand. Thanks!

Either way, the consensus seemed to be yes.
Generally speaking, ladder also doesn't have different core mechanics from non-ladder. Same game after all. So if it works (or..remains broken) in one, it is bound to be equally broken in the other.
And if you already have a Grief anyways (or any other weapon for that matter), you can easily test it yourself.
