Description
During the first days I found already an Ohm rune, Tal Rasha's Guardianship, Ribcracker, The Reaper's Toll, Bartuc's Cut-Throat, Naj's Puzzler and an etherial Archon Plate with 905 defence. My stash is already full and I have no idea where to put the stuff.

Me too. Jewel 15ias/26fire res, Archon Plate 520 def, TalBelt max MF, almost perfect Eschuta's Temper and hellforge gave me Gul.

Got a griffon's, deaths web & a BKs. Still no rune higher than Sur since ~2000 though.

It took a crapload of time for me to get any good drops, and my best find was a rare ring. Kudos to you sir!
I'm farming since day 1 and my biggest drop is a Fal rune so no, you just got lucky
Maybe the drop rate is actually increased since Ladder Games are harder.
Ladder Games Have Increased Difficulty
Ladder Games offer a more challenging type of gameplay than players will find in Normal Games. Monster AI speeds have been increased. Reaction times increased for Ladder Nightmare and Hell games. Basically every monster acts like a super unique.

On good days you will think drop rates increased. on bad days you will curse and swear Blizzard changed it again. Luck is luck. its about the same chance as getting struck by lightning with a winning lottery ticket in your hand AT THE SAME TIME.

I've barely played maybe ~30 hours on Hell difficulty with my first ladder character yet (Spearzon) and I've already found a Lo, a Jah and a Vex rune.
I have no idea if drop-rates were changed or we all just got lucky, but I'm definitely happy right now

But nowhere close to the level of luck you are having.
Yeah it's been pretty insane.
In 2-3 months of non-ladder, I only found 1 hr more than I already found on ladder.
It's ridiculous, but I'm not complaining.

Pindleskin is now worthless. tried 100 runs with only one set item.
Travincal seems less productive so far.
Countess is all over the place, first set of 3 keys took 18 runs, second set 37 runs, now the third set have taken me 100 tries and only got 1 Key... I gave up and went farming DKeys instead.
