Can be used to make Runewords:
A little tough to appraise. Somewhere between a 3-point and a 4-point, I'd say. The affixes are highly desirable, but the rolls aren't amazing. Strength is decent, LL is decent. Light res is very good. It should get you a rune, but my hunch says it'll be less than Ohm. Ist - Vex is maybe the right range on open market? The life roll really hurts it.
