If it is crafted, people want 15% or higher FCR. Mana leech is useless for Sor. Mana is too low. So I would say this is not worth much.
Generally, +2 char skills, +20% FCR will have trade value. If it comes with +15 or more str/dex, it would be valuable. Other useful stats are +allres, +life, +mana. The more valuable stats, the higher the value.
