I say keep the 409, an amazing result in just three rolls.

Get yourself an
Eth
War Pike
instead and go for 400+ BotD for merc as your next goal- wet Dream for a cold sorc's merc.
Hmm 🤔 I actually think about another approach - to roll my own ebotd
Berserker Axe
and try it on my barb with one Phoenix shield I got. Not sure it'll beat his 403% ebotd
Glorious Axe
- but curious to try.

So long as it is relatively cheap - you can afford a reroll, unlike with 4 Phoenix shields i rolled 🙂 Besides - I just like rollin something (screw the CtA's, btw - pissed me off). Fresh air when bored, I think 🥂

Bought eBotd
Berserker Axe
today for 1 of my rune packs - tested with Phoenix as planned.
1) Speed is significantly higher compared to
Glorious Axe
;
2) Safer approach -
Redemption
combined with faster leech-per-strike sustains much more stable than with 2h botd weapon;
3) No hork in that case 😒 - but it isn't a problem on
Baal
runs.

Conclusion: ebotdz+ Phoenix - for baalin. 2h ebotd - better at split or alone, when you're not in a hurry.
