I found a neat site that lets you fiddle with builds. I statted this out, do you think it would be enough? (I have most of this, but still need to buy the Flail and the gloves)
That would end poorly. A few key issues you need to correct:
75% block is mandatary, throw Spirit away (or keep it on swap for prebuff). Stormshield is often recommended but you are already at 37% DR with Verdungo's Hearty Cord + Fade. Sanctuary and Moser's Blessed Circle socketed with 2 Perfect Diamond are your best options. You'll need to invest points in dex, with your armor choice you should still have a comfortable life pool.
Your attack rating is too low, you won't leech enough life if you miss too often. Getting more dex for 75% block will increase your AR a bit. You should end up with at least 10k AR, preferably 15k. The higher level you are, the less AR you need. AR charms are inexpensive and effective (a single 120 AR charm end up adding ~1k AR after Dragon Talon's multiplier).
Über Mephisto has a lvl20 Conviction aura, that's -125 all res. You need 200 uncapped lightning res, other res aren't as important. Simplest way to get there is to stack a bunch of lightning res charms.
FWIW, if the torch is more important to you ("you" no one in particular, just people reading this) than proving you can beat ubers with your favorite build, it's frankly easiest to just roll a smiter. I have beaten them with my weapon accidentally set to my swap (Life TapWand). Smiter is the ultimate budget uber build. The only absolute requirement is a Life TapWand, max Smite, max Holy Shield, and a fair amount of patience.
All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
I recently took 3x3 keys and killed all those minibosses but am worried my summoner won't have the damage for the Ubers themselves. What is a budget build that could take ubers down? I want to be able to get my own torches

Once these issues are resolved you are good to go (as long as you don't pull the 3 at the same time).
I was assuming i would have to fill it out with some other charms, i just populated a few i good ones i knew i had. I also happen to have a mosers (I habitually horde anything i think looks decent) i retooled the skill a bit as well.
So looking at Stormlash, it is pretty expensive and there aren't very many on the market right now. so i am thinking of shifting gears to a Black in a three socket Scourge. I noticed this on the database page. How can i cube it to lower its Ilevel to 1 so i can gurantee 3 sockets at Larzuk?
Looks good! Once the last lightning res charms are added (can also socket Ort/Um in Guillaume's Face if you have a Larzuk quest available) you can fill your inventory with the life and attack rating charms you have.
Your setup is better than the one I had first time I did ubers on my assassin.
For Black you can use a Flail, weapon damage doesn't matter and the base speed is the same.
Final update if anyone is interested. I am rounding the mid 70s and have all my gear and charms in place. Here is the most updated build. Thanks everyone for your advice
At level 82, my kicksin Sneakyfeet has officially cleared ubers! This is my first uber clear ever, and i got a 17/10 druid torch. the one class i didn't need a torch for right now lol
Did a smiter similar to advice above, made it through everything but Baal. He seems impossible because the number of adds from his summons make it hard to target Baal, and the mana drain means I am constantly unable to Smite. Any advice on these? I've died 3 or 4 times fighting Baal don't want to have to give up.

Use mana pots for Baal. Full rejuvs aren't effective since you'll instantly lose all mana again, but mana pots will be regenerating over time to keep you going. Another option is to have an item that grants damage taken as mana (Ith in Helm, for example).
Finally won on Baal, probably 4th or 5th try. I used my sorceress to clear some of the adds. It didn't seem like he resummoned them all after this. Whew! what a fight!
