What to do with Ber runes...

Description
So I have a hammerdin, a blizz sorc, a javazon, a Frenzy barb, a smiter, and a summon necro. I've only recently found two Ber runes, and I'm thinking about making Enigma first (I don't have Enigma). I don't plan on trading away the second Ber rune; instead, I want to either use it for Chains of Honor or get a third Ber rune for Infinity for my merc. I could also make a Beast runeword for my summon necro too... Any suggestions?

All points are valid. If you don't care about the experience of making your own runeword, an average Beast roll will be worth a Sur, both in necro ( Double Axe) with low strength and in Berserker Axe for barb. A good roll will be worth the Ber, so might want to buy a 35-str Axe rather than try getting 35+ yourself.
You can buy a badly rolled Infinity in meh base for Ber Lo, too.
Chains of Honor has static abilities, so unless the base is amazing, it will alwas be worth less than Ber to trade for.
Same goes for Enigma - in non-15ED armors they are worth about Jah/ Ber + Lo/ Sur.

Get a Beast for your necro, it is awesome
I never played assassin or druid before, even with the original D2 20 years ago... It never appealed to me, and maybe I'll consider it with the new patch.
What Queegon said. I would keep one Ber and trade the other for lesser runes ( Sur, Lo, etc.). Use the Ber + Lo (or Sur) to trade for a Mage Plate Enigma, which you can use on virtually any of your characters as a gamechanger (and trade it among those characters each time you play it). Then use your leftover runes as you wish or save them up.
Chains can be swapped between multiple toons because of the shared stash, it also helps with ubers because you don't have to stack charms like crazy
