You might want to specify Ladder/Non-Ladder and Softcore/Hardcore to get a more accurate response. I'm no expert in rune value and it can depend on the seller, though you should check here (and set the filters to L/NL and SC/HC) for some historical reference:

That thread is supposedly for non-ladder only, so keep that in mind - I think prices vary between ladder and non-ladder, as @undertow mentioned.
