I've found a Ber rune and it was in the Tower Cellar in Hell from The Countess minions on Battlenet

Gul - LK basket
Ber - LK random monster
Ohm - LK tree stump
Ohm - Chaos trash mob
Gul - WSK trash mob
On RNG conspiracy theories: I also sometimes get the feeling the game is more generous when you first start farming a place or havn't played in a while but not as a general rule. Found Gul Ber inside my first 2 hours of farming LK. Not much since. On the other hand a lot of cow runs have amounted to nothing at all...
