Can be used to make Runewords:

Aegis
and
Berserker Axe
is most Badass. My 6 Nado Helmet is Falcon Style. Dont like that much, but if they dont do some changes to the summoning Tree, I will probably leave Garruk just as he is now and will continue with Zhar_XXII (Wind Druid). But
Tornado
does just 8k damage on level 55. Damage does not scale very well...

I am using +3 Summon/10FCR Amu on my Summoner, just in case to hit breakpoints, when I mess around with different Equips
7
I just bought one with +3 Summon Skills and +27 strength.

This allowes me to switch to the
Raven
build without needing additional points in str (I'm losing some from Jalal's).

Will result in a level 53
Raven
for me which is awesome but obviously comes at the cost of making BO from CtA a little weaker and also losing some HP in
Werebear
form.
And I should probably try to get a Heart of the Oak with 40 all res to compensate for the loss of res on
Mara's Kaleidoscope
. But that can wait until the patch actually goes live.

Here's an updated link to the
Raven
Build: https://d2.maxroll.gg/d2planner/mr0106fd#2

Mweh..couldn't help it. Another Reaper's and last charm at the ready. So all set for
The Summoner
gear, just in case they do still make ravens less annoying.

And possibly even without that..not like
Tornado
aiming/pathing is any more fun (albeit vastly superior still). What is it with druid design being so cumbersome? Ugh..

Awesome.
I do have both gearsets ready now to go with full
Raven
or with my aura based Wolves setup.
And I don't even need to respec to do the swap which is great.
Only requires level 95 to by able to have Lycantrophy avaiable for the
Raven
spec (no Beast).

None of us likes that
Raven
spam, still we have everything prepared for the Patch :-D And even if my beloved Spirit Wolves will be debuffed even more and
Raven
is an annoying skill, I am still looking forward to the Patch. Why is that?

OP
I have go some (to me) new information about attribute roll odds of class specific Items.

For some time now, I am trying to cube a Pelt. It would be ridiculously rare (so I would be okay with sth similar), but I try to roll a Keepers Pelt (+3 Summoning skills) with +Grizzly/+Dire Wolf/+Spirit Wolf for maximum Synergies and to be free to switch between the Summons without losing skill levels.

Two reasons why this is impossible to roll:

- if a class specific Item rolls a lvl 30 skill, it can only roll additional lvl24/18/12 skills (no lvl 6 or lvl 1 skills), meaning: if it rolls Grizzly, it cant roll Spirit Wolf

- the prefix "Keepers" (as well as +3 Elemental Gaean and +3 SS) requires ilvl 60. A Pelt with ilvl 60+ does never roll a lvl 1 or lvl 6 skill. I am not even sure if it can roll a lvl 12 skill

This has some consequences for our upcoming Firedruids as well: There will never be a +3 Elemental/+3
Firestorm
or +3Molten Boulder Pelt.
Neither any +3
Armageddon
/ +3
Firestorm
or +3
Molten Boulder
Pelt.

Does anybody have further information on that?

I will still keep on cubing, maybe I get a +3 Summon/+3 Grizzly/+3 Dire Wolf Pelt some day.

I have still beem lucky enough so far to cube +3 Elemental/+3
Armageddon
Antlers
and roll 2 sockets in them :-)

Thanks @Azer-Archon to provide me with a nice +3Summon/+2 Dire Wolf- Pelt!

I still pick up every druid

Correct. Mostly anyways, you can get lvl 12 on it. Not that that really helps you much here.
Items get a base tier, based on ilvl:

1: 1-11
2: 12-18
3: 19-24
4: 25-36
5: 37+

For each skill (up to 3), you then have a random roll to determine the actual tier for that skill which ranges from -2 to +1 from the base tier.

As such, you have to have an ilvl of 37 or higher to be able to roll grizzly (t6) and your other ideal skills will then basically be dire wolf and heart of the wolverine because Spirit wolf is one tier too low to be possible on the same item as grizzly.
Raven
subsequently is 2 too low.

Tiers just count up based on skill row/lvl. Lvl 1 = T1, lvl 6 = T2, lvl 12 = T3 and so on.

I'll let you know if I ever find a solid base pelt. Wouldn't use it myself, I cherish the other stats on
Raven
/Jalal's too much (and will never play fire).

Because even if you don't bother with
Raven
spam, you still get at least slightly better overall? :D

You can obviously use a nice MF amulet with +Skills if you have one but I don't.
Something like this?

I was thinking of a +2 Druid Amulet with stats, all res and some MF sprinkled on top.
But yours will do just fine too.

Just remove the damn limit from the thing that doesn't even tell you how many hits are left!

But yeah, step in the right direction, definitely.
7
Is it just me or is Dire Wolf doing more damage on the PTR now?
7
Dire Wolves damage on the PTS got buffed already in the first iteration.
Not by a whole lot though.

The D2Planner on Maxroll now has a setting for the PTR to check builds.
It however not in the latest iteration.

The previous
Raven
skill I posted was current PTR.
This one is the old version.
You can see that high level Ravens did lose some damage but not much.
Think it's a more than fair trade-off giving up 170 damage to get the hits back.

They do cold dmg now... so you need to avoid cold immunes now... not a great change imho

Edit: my bad... I was thinking to Spirit Wolves

No Dire Wolves do not do cold damage.
You are confisung them with Spirit Wolves.

That
Raven
dmg nerf (cuz..you know...summon druids clear too fast...) is slowly starting to impact gear again.
Depending on grizzly synergy calc and/or the uptime you manage to get on the dire enrage, Jalal's now wins out again (barely). Not that I mind that, always preferred the style of it.

Additionally, the difference between HotO and Faith is starting to increase again as well, now crossing the 15% mark. Getting hard to justify that HotO. Even more so if you consider that with enough hits, you can go back to off-set switching to re-summon them, increasing the gap further.
7
That 170 less damage has such a huge impact?
I really doubt that.
