Fanatical Grand Charm of Greed

Hey guys,

I came across a couple of gold farm barbs already and now I found an almost perfect fanatical grand charm with extra gold from monsters, so I figured it might be worth something.
It has 39% extra gold from monsters and offcourse the +1 to masteries on it. According to the trade value guide the +1 masteries alone goes for a

Lem.

How valuable do you guys think this charm is?
