I've been rerolling a Baal grand charm for a while and landed on this today. Is it worth selling with the 45 life? Or is the max damage too low and I should keep rerolling for skillers+life

Well, I'd think: You could sell this charm for 1-2 Ist, and buy another 100-200 Pgems. You've already landed on a decently valuable roll.
