I found quite a few fail drops recently (well, one isn't a complete fail).
Circlet with 20% FCR, res, strength, life, and... 2 summoning druid skills. I still kept it for the upcoming patch, but I don't much Faith.
This one isn't really close to something useful, but it still annoyed me for some reason because it kinda looked like it could be good: Circlet + 2 sorc skills, with dual leech (7% each), life and res.
The last one is actually decent: glove 20 IAS with mana leech, dex and some res, and +2 bow skills. I still use it on a bowazon, but I still see it as a fail, because damn I wish it would've been a jav glove.

Like I used to leave Tal and Thul runes on the floor, but now I'm trying to craft a perfect Spirit, all runes will drop except Tal and Thul -_-
RNGesus works in mysterious ways.
I had a Ber drop a few weeks ago, so I hoped RNGesus will bless me with Infinity soon. Then a Jah drops the next day, I thanked RNGesus but... Infinity is what i wanted...

These are not "fail" drops, it's practically raining HRs by my standards... But Infinity still eludes me.
Just 1 Sur away from completing Infinity completely from solo drops, so close, yet so far.
That is a lot of high runes in that time frame. Are you rocking like GG gear and massacreing everything in players 7-8 that fast or you just got crazy lucky?
Btw i was waiting for Laying of Hands for so long by now. Today i got fucking 2 in like 2 hours
Last week had a Sacred Targe drop...Ethereal with Knight's Automod (+63% damage, +AR). But with 3 sockets. Useless. Would have been GG Exile base had just been 0 soc or 4 soc.

On players 1, average geared blizzsorc. Pretty sure I just got crazy lucky. These dropped in less than 10 runs of common MF areas in Act 1 to Act 5. Laying of Hands ... lol, i think i spent 2 months trying to find Dracul's Grasp, and just traded for one. The next week I got 2 pairs drop in the same game.
The fact that you'd need to Zod this one immediately makes it less attractive to the kind of person who'd buy a Griffon's, so the only remaining choice is to use it yourself.
That's funny it reminds me, yesterday I trade a Lo rune to a guy, was thanking me etc cuz he could finally make a Grief. And then the guy message me 5 min later saying to me, "what the f*ck man, i just dropped a Lo rune in Flame River".
See, apprently you just need to buy it, then you'll be able to drop it

Hmm... I think its also a way, in fact. I was about spendin some of my resources for Phoenix shield anyway - my fire dru can put the thing to nice use. So yeah - tomorrow i'll just buy that Jah for the cause.
Ps: I'll be laughing loong'n'loud if soon after obtainin this shield my druid loots another Jah - this time, rightfully looted one

Yeah thats the thing, you'll never sell an Eth griffon imo, and it's a kind of sad trophy item.. so yeah use it for yourself (i mean, if you play solo, you wouldnt tell the difference with a faceted one anyway)
