+3 War Cry with 3 OS has some value for MF/GF Barbs. If you ever want to build one yourself I suggest you put 3 PTopaz into this and use it. Unsure what the market value of such an item is. The fact this one is only +2 War Cry though, I can tell you it isn't very high.
