Nope. Only the pally shields that roll a decent all res (30-45%). And then they're looking for 4 sockets for Spirit, or late game Exile runeword.
Always have a few cheap rares/uniques for chipped gems or low runes! Check out my active listings
there is an expensive paladin build that uses the runeword Dream which needs 3 sockets on a shield and Helm. so if it rolled +all res and was a Sacred Targe then it would have been worth something

Even if it was nice res, the fact that it's akaran (exceptional) would make it pretty low value. Exceptionals have low block%. There is some market for ed/ar on elites I think but it's super rare and they'd probably only want near perf rolls.
