Can be used to make Runewords:
I can give you a Fal + 5x Dol for it.
It's worthless really. You can use this if you're doing eg. Ubers and want to gear first with +warcry items -> buff up -> then change to the actual gear you'll use.
Thing is - to find a barbarian that does Ubers isn't going to be a simple task and at least to me it doesn't really matter if I start the run with the buffed warcries or not.
Typically Ubers are doing alone, but did one run two sorc friends. They liked the warcries and kept still dying...
