Would it be possible to highlight parameters that vary for given items (e.g. %MF for chancies) in a different color?
Typically I use such databases to assess how good my roll is, directly seeing stats that vary, as opposed to fixed stats, makes this task easier.

How many items have varying stats at all?
Which of those are the most relevant ones (price > Pul)?
Which modifiers are relevant for the price (e.g. MF is more meaningful than EDef on WT) - or EDef on arachnid for a caster should not matter (here, perfect is the only thing that substantially distinguishes the price)
The question I have to ask myself is - is it possible? Certainly, with the improvements to the workflow you suggested. But I also have to ask myself if the time taken to do all of that, for the sake of making it slightly easier to see which stats vary, besides seeing a hyphen character, is worth the while. I think not at the moment, but added to the super long term list guys.

For me personally it does not stand out enough, imagine you have a rune word with 10 lines of text, skimming through every line takes quite some time. Directly seeing: there are 3 varying stats, they are in the range from XXX to YYY makes it easier to check drops or trades (being ingame, using alt-tab).
For simple items such as chancies, it’s ok.

Okay, get what you mean here, but had a thought about it and it potentially could be done, it'd just be hard to do technically the way the DB has been built:
I'd probably go about doing this by creating a mass SQL query of the imagic column with a regex command to find all characters outside of a hyphen '-' character until a space is reached on either side, then wrap that entire phrase in a <span> element having a CSS class that changes its color.
But the issue with that is how do I tell the script to distinguish between actual stat variations, and just any old phrase which happens to have a hyphen in it? I'm sure there are other item modifiers/stats that would be selected as false positives.
The other option would be to ask the contributors to manually go through 2000+ item entries and manually add that in. But that would be ridiculous - bearing in mind I have asked them to do some ridiculous shit before
Your Regex might be confused by „adds 1-3 fire damage“.
Maybe doing just a fraction of the work might help e.g. asking:
