Hello,
i found an Eth 6s Naga and my plan was to upgrade it to Berserker Axe and make a Breath of the Dying with it.
Do i need to make the runeword first to be able to upgrade the Naga? Because at the moment is not allowing me to upgrade the Naga with any of the cube recipe.
I would really appreciate some tip/answer :)

You can not do that. I had the same false assumption. Funny it was a War Axe in my case.

You have to actually finde a Eth 6os Berserker Axe or atleast an Eth and then use the Larzuk socket q uest.

And what about if i make the Breath of the Dying first? Is it and unique item then?
