Looks like they typed in your name wrong, hence the orange link text and no avatar. Ask them to contact a mod to have it changed - I can't see their username because of pic quality.

I'd like to submit a similar issue. Entered items as sold but no trust button... unsure if seller name is wrong (although it looks right and goes to his profile) or if something else happened...

Here is the link to the trade: post1311341.html#p1311341
No link present to add +1 trust

Fixed.

To make it easier just click the name above the field next time and itll automatically add the buyer correctly. :D

Thank you!

I didn't notice ability to click name above field. I'll be sure to do that in next trade to automatically add buyer name correctly.

Same issue! I think seller didn't select me, but typed my name (otherwise correctly), so it's not linked to me.

Fixed again.

Similar issue for me. Can’t find a button to add trust on any of my trades, just stared using last 1-2 days.

I’m on mobile so not sure if that’s the issue or if I’m just an idiot! :)

This is a separate issue to OP's bug.

Try turning your phone sideways and let me know if you have any luck (seriously).
