Anything else to add: Hi I ahead made a few trades using the diablo2io website. Awesome website by the way. Anyways I'm noticing my trust level is not going up in my profile. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.

Trust only goes up when the buyer chooses to mark the seller as trusted. The seller must name the buyer when setting the trade to sold.

This will be changed to go both ways soon(buyer & seller both can give trust) in update 1.0.
