Cannot create trade topic for `Lo`

Steps to reproduce:
1. New Trade
2. Type ` Lo` in the first text box
3. The list does not contains ` Lo`

Can be used to make Runewords:
You can create a trade with any title you want, you do not need a drop down selection.
