Messages stuck in Outbox for 30 minutes

Steps to reproduce:
For some reason messages sometimes get stuck in outbox, and never get sent out.
Anything else to add:
Not sure if this is a display bug, or a real bug.

Can be used to make Runewords:
Messages in the outbox have been sent, but not read yet. It will move to "sent" when the message has been read.
I had the same thing, never understood why they were "stuck" in outbox. A bit confusing for me.
