Description

The Cow King is the Super Unique boss of The Secret Cow Level. It looks just like any other Hell Bovine: there aren't any visual clues to identify it, except highlighting. However, The Cow King always spawns inside the fenced enclosure located in The Secret Cow Level, so players who wish to avoid killing him can just avoid the enclosure altogether.

In Diablo 2 Resurrected, it is confirmed that killing The Cow King no longer prevents future portal openings with the same character!

Legend has it, The Cow King will drop various Stamina Potions supposedly as milk. which is totally not weird at all.

A big change in Diablo 2 : Resurrected is the fact that killing The Cow King does not block you from opening the portal again! You don't need to stress about it now.

Many people have not realized that as of D2R The Cow King is bugged, and cannot physically drop any set piece from Cow King Leather's. In this video, I finally bring transparency into the conspiracy and the root cause behind the issue.

The Cow King does, in fact, differ from regular cows : he wears a Crown and a piece of armor on his shoulders !
