The Standard of Heroes is an item given after completing the Pandemonium Event. It doesn't have any purpose aside from being proof of the player's involvement in the event.
The item drops along with an unidentified Hellfire Torch after all three Uber Tristram bosses ( Uber Baal, Uber Diablo and Uber Mephisto) have been defeated.
It has a character level requirement of 90.
