Teleport speed difference from 105% cast rate to 125% is very noticeable,

Blood Boil is also crazy fast now, I have to watch out so I don't overcook my bound demon ( if that's even possible!?!? not risking to try it )

to bad I could not get 2 sockets from affixes, but I'll take what I can for now, and re-roll another one instead.
