I was focusing on replaying my WW barb until I forgot to check Terror zones. By the time I refreshed, it was TZ Mephisto, with 20 minutes remaining. So I faster switched character. Would be good if it rolled +2 poison and Bone skills. But my concern is finding it due to its rarity.

Thanks, mate. My tip to find any high rune is: do not look for one.
I don't have focus in one specific rune, So far I got three high runes, a Vex rune in a sarcophagus at TZ catacombs, a Lo at Travincal and a Zod at Chaos Sanctuary.

Congrats on the rune drops. I've never found Lo or Zod.

Except for my 44 Life Pala Combat Skiller an Eth. Death Cleaver (276/9) was the best item I found so far. Sold it for 9 Ber.
