Without skills, fcr or 2 open sockets, no value nor real use, even assuming ED is for damage, not defense

Low-level char playing is also out since the thing has reqlvl 51... oh well.... gonna bin it 
I think the only class that might be interested is Zon, and they have uniques/valkyrie-wing-t1006.html - cheap and better.
