I once played a Pike ama - used Charged Strike + Lightning Strike combo + Jab for immunes. Until I found titans from some casket in catacombs and respec'd to java, that is The maid used 5os +3sk matr. Spear with CtA in it as main weapon - dealt with everything except LI's more or less fine.
Do the stats on the Pike stay when switched over to javelins? I'm a fairly new to d2r and can't readily find an answer on Google and am away from my account right now so I can't test it. Thanks!

You mean when using it as a 2nd weapon set?
Then no, you only get the stats/bonus from the weapon you currently have equipped/selected.
