So if someone wanted to gamble with vendors to get one, is the following the best course of action or I am getting the chances wrong?
Level a character to 39, have another character with Wealth etc to do Andariel runs and gather cash.
Dump all the Gold you gather to the 39 lvl character to gamble with vendors.
