Single Player Uber Budget Smiter

Have been playing single player for a bit of different challenge - Got some apparently awesome Warlock Gear in SCNL so have many

Jah's now so looking for a challenge where I can't just buy my way into an awesome build.

Anyway levelled a Smiter and farmed a keyset - and tried to do the Ubers. Due to the lack of being able to exit game and come back in for my corpse, I cheated a bit and backed up the saved game file so I could have a few goes. Died a few times (8) and had to re-load the backup files once as I couldn't get my corpse. Eventually got there, but woah was it tough- went through about 50 full rejuv potions.

Conviction to take on Meph

In total I have 1,357 Life, 75 Res all and 85 Res Poison thanks to Andy's (95% with some pots)

80 CB, 33 Open Wounds, 75 IAS (IAS is a bit overkill except when using

Conviction instead of

Fanaticism for

Mephisto)

Meph was a real challenge, didn't realise that if your weapon swap (

Life Tap

Wand) aura is not

Conviction, when swapping back it takes a few seconds to kick in and cancel Meph's

Conviction so died a couple of times before I realised have to have same aura active on both weapons.

Wand is way harder than having dracul's which is the only way I've ever done before.

Had a blast and glad to get it done. But keen for recommendations to make it easier next time if anyone has any.

Did get a nice torch too...
