You can, but please post it as a trade. Go to new trade, then in "Rarity" you can select a "player services" tag. Select that and then put your title, ladder/nl etc.
Buying 3x3 Keyset for Jah or 10 random keys for Jah on LoD or RotW.
2 Random keys for Ist on RotW only.

So long as you don't take off with your client's drops, yep, that's perfectly fine and appreciated, both free and for compensation.
