Newb, question about "Materials"

Hello, I haven't played since ToB was first released. I forgot the overwhelming amount of stuff going on.

Is there any guide explaining all the Materials page stuff? Or what/how to do endgame stuff?

I've used guides to get decent starting equipment for my Warlock. I mostly play solo, but want to do more online, I just feel lost on what to do.

I'm level 89 and really want to get to 93 so I can make some better rings/amulets.

I've joined a couple "96

Terror Zone" games, but I'm guessing there are some unwritten rules I haven't figured out. I'm guessing everyone is doing there own thing? I want to tag along for XP!

Baal runs may be easier to find and as good as most tz's at lvl89

crafting rings u dont need 2 be @ 93

two new goals: Unique Jewels from

Colossal Summit and new Sunder Charm (like

Latent Crack of the Heavens) from

Herald

Goal 1: Run Act Bosses as fast as you can if they are terrorized to collect statues. Use all five Statues to open portal. Kill ancients
Goal 2: Get some Worldstone shards dropped by Uniques and Champions. Kill as much Uniques/Champions/Super Uniques/Bosses as possible to get the message "you draw the ire of a

Herald" and spawn a

Herald afterwards by walking around. Use Worldstone Shards to terrorize whole acts.

Herald comes in tiers, they upgrade after each kill. You will want to kill as much Tier 5 Heralds as possible. After killing lots of Heralds or lots of luck, you might find a new sunder.

Others have explained Ubers here, but you may have also come across the essences:

Burning Essence of Terror (dropped by Diablo)

Charged Essence of Hatred (dropped by

Mephisto)

Festering Essence of Destruction (dropped by

Baal)

Twisted Essence of Suffering (dropped by

Andariel and

Duriel)

Combining these within the

Horadric Cube will give you 1

Token of Absolution, that will allow you to respec your character on use.

Tokens also carry decent trade value (about equivelent to an

Ist rune depending on buyers).

Haha nice catch, that's the Baldurs Gate II Expansion, Throne of Bhaal! I was actually spelling in Bhaal in google too.

For rings, gambling rings with a lvl 80-83 char is best.

For amulets, you want a lvl 93 char when gambling.

If you use magic amulets for crafting you found in TZs, you can start as early as lvl 89 (or even lower if you only use amulets from bosses and superuniques)
