We can post specific
Perfect Gems e.g.
Perfect Amethyst for trade but how do we do that for Random
Perfect Gems?

You mean mixed gems right? Just list them under
Perfect Gems and then in your post list their individual qualities and numbers.

A small addition. Different
Perfect Gems Have different values with P Amethysts being the most valuable followed by Rubies and P Skulls.
