Description
I finished the Khalim's Will quest... through rush, but did not get the bonus attribute, now that i reconnect, it said the question is complete... is there a way to get the reward attribute back or should I start a new character?

Khalim's Will: Quest doesn't give any attribute bonus, the reward you are looking for is from quest 4 (Lam Esen's Tome).
