i was in a private match, if i had the

Stone of Jordan i wouldnt sell it.

diablo clones drop is different?

Responding to the second post: you don't personally have to sell any. You just have to be on the server (on battle.net game even if private) where the

Stone of Jordan rings were sold.

The whole SoJ selling is a global (per region/realm) event.

Every SoJ sold by anyone on the same region/realm counts towards the total number needed to summon Dclone. So if 1 person sells 100, or 100 people sell 1 each, it doesn't matter (as long as they are on the same region/realm). When the last SoJ is sold, everyone who is on a Hell game will get a visit from Dclone. You need to already be in the game when it happens.

Oh, ladder and non-ladder is also separated, so SoJs sold on ladder can't spawn Dclone on non-ladder or vice versa.

Terror zones (what you call torment) doesn't matter.
