I never got why it's so praised. Sure it can save your skin if you've built up the reflex to use it.
I just end up mind blasting them and don't have to deal with the weird cooldown issue.

Cloak isn't a reflex, it's a..errr.."preflex".

As in..you see mobs, you cast cloak. Done. They're all blind, nothing goes after you, most relaxed ungeared gaming out there.

It merely suffers from the same stupid behavior that now applies to your

Claws and your DT level and all that..."better = worse". The higher you lvl CoS, the longer the duration becomes but that also increases the cooldown, making it infinitely worse as you can't re-cast for new mobs. So just put in 1 pt and enjoy.
