CBF is not that important for caster build that can Teleport.
Plus, if you play an sorc with Energy Shield, the Stones of Jordan give +25% mana EACH, that kinda make up for the lack of Cannot Be Frozen (or you an can make a Chamed Shako...)

Makes total sense for any truly mana-heavy caster. They don't need CBF, they do need tons of mana and even if they did need CBF, you could still Cham your Shako or something.

i mean while play Energy Shield lightning sorc i never stucked or struggled because of frozen mobs, always casting and teleporting.
and if you playing lightning sorceress, putting Cham on griffon's wouldnt be good idea
and more mana means more speedy regeneration. this makes 2 soj very effective on Energy Shield sorc builds
